Hey guys,
I want to applaud you for taking the time to listen to these videos each month and get a little bit of Children’s Ministry Training. It’s crucial that you continue to learn if you plan to be an effective Children’s Ministry Leader. Many of my mentors have pounded into my head that all leaders are learners and the moment you stop learning you stop leading. The videos that I’ll be posting here on a monthly basis are intended to add value not only to your leadership in our ministry but in your day-to-day life as well.
These videos are for you, the volunteers at HDC Kids. We want your feedback regarding these trainings and what you would like to see from them. Let us know how we can better serve you.

my july pod cast stops playng after 26 seconds. Just get to the part about why it “seems” good to be a lone ranger, BUT………….. then it cut sout. sorry, technial diff., just wanted to share that . I do however think this is a great tool for us!! thank you! I’ll check back in a few days to see if it is up & running, maybe others had this issue. June worked just fine! great info!!! Thanks Jeff!

The June video cuts out at 38 seconds, and the July video cuts out at 3:10. I was disappointed because the content was soo good! Hopefully, it’ll work for me in a couple of days.
Thanks for the leadership, Jeff. A great way to keep us all on the same page!

Thank you, I was finally able to view from work, I had them reinstall my flashplayer. I was able to view all the way through, July kind of hesitated part way through but continued to play. June had no issue. I think this will be a great tool and resource for the added training. Thank you again.

I watched these yesterday, I had them reinstall the flash player on my PC at work. Both video’s were great, the July video hesitated part way through then picked up, the June one played fine. Great teaching tool, thanks for including me.

Pastor Jeff, Great Stuff! A monthly reminder of where we should be keeping our focus is good and very helpful. I especially appreciated the team player video. Remind us again and again that it’s not about us, but about GOD and how we can work together to serve.
p.s. As soon as I turned on the video and my children heard your voice, they crowed around the screen. They commented, “That’s are pastor and we want to hear what he has to say!” Thanks for doing what you do! My children love to hear God’s word taught from you.
